1. Refund Eligibility
✅ Full Refunds Available Within 30 Days If:
Your TV box is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
The product is defective or damaged (contact us within 7 days of delivery).
❌ Non-Refundable Items:
Opened/used TV boxes (unless defective).
Downloadable software or accessories with seals broken.
2. How to Request a Refund

Photos/Videos (for damaged/defective items).
Return Shipping:
Customer pays return shipping (unless we sent the wrong item).
Use a trackable service (we’re not responsible for lost packages).
Refund Processing:
Refunds issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Original payment method only (Stripe/PayPal).
3. Exchanges
Replacements for defective items are free (we’ll cover shipping).
No exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed your mind).
